Now pedestrians will talk with opened mouth, not just with moving lips and will chew something with closed mouth. This is my first simple animation mod for GTA San Andreas that fixes Rockstar's glitch with facial animations, improves it for all characters including player, makes speech animations almost synchronized with sound.
